A painting of a small pond with a rock wall retaining it on one side, and some reeds on the other. Water-Lilys are visible on the surface of the water, and a small bird is perched on the wall.
Painted with watercolors on watercolor paper.

I love the way the water painted. simple at first look but it is nicely done to make the whole picture beautiful.
Make sure your paper is thick, otherwise the paints will run all over the place.
Don't be afraid to use washes!
To make Blue darker, try adding a little Black
Don't forget that when washes dry they end up alot paler!
To make Paint spred, put water over the area then put blobs of paint on the Water and watch what happens!
Don't use much paint; add lots of water (Watercolours remember!!!)
