Sail boat on the lake

I got the idea for this picture, from a photo my brother took of a boat on lake Cootharaba.
Notice the boat in the background, left hand side.
I like painting water alot, because it is very easy to do with watercolours.The reflection was done with the same colour as the boat. The colours I used for this painting were: Phthalo blue, Ultramarine, Crimson, Permanent green, and Mediom yellow. Please rate this picture (eg, ***** = 5 star.)

Moon on the Lake

This is a picture of moonlight on the water. It shows the moon reflecting on calm water, and the mountain also has a slight reflection. The colours I used for this painting were: Phthalo blue, Ultramarine, Crimson, Permanent Green, Ivory Black and Medium Yellow. To darken the blue, I used a little Ivory Black. Waves on rocks

This is the first painting I have done since I got some new paints. (for my 11th birthday, in July.)
I did it from a painting in a book; '' Painting Mood and Atmosphere '' by Barry Herniman.
